This was a hurricane damaged home, that sat for almost two years after hurricane, it's back in the land of the living! New roof, light carpentry, vinyl and fascia repair, light indoor remodel and central hvac fix! Great location!

Little bit of carpentry repair, new flashing, couple of squares of rubberized asphalt roofing, and a lot of TLC! Black is a great color for an asphalt roof. All roofing materials fade or get weathered by nature but black shows it the least over time.

We bought this house in what many thought was demolition conditions and it was very damaged as you can see in the pictures, but 4 months later and look at it now!
